I just spoke with Ben Neary, the reporter from the Associated Press in Cheyenne, Wyoming. If the 800 number doesn't work for you, try 307-632-9351. At this point he's trying to collect names and numbers of witnesses to the July 3rd incident, but won't be writing anything else until after the Wyoming ACLU releases their report on the matter so if you just email him a brief statment with your contact info, he will get back to you at some point in the future.
